Refund policy

At One Stop Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Certain items such as supplements, personal care products, and opened or used fitness gear may not be eligible for returns due to health and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and a photo of the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used health/supplement products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
